Easley, SC Farmhouse Kitchen Remodel
The homeowner wanted to remodel their tired 80's era kitchen and make it look good in their beautiful 1890's farmhouse. Forest Design Studio did a great job designing this kitchen.
We remodeled this with an eye to preserving the look of the old house. Fortunately the homeowner had some matching beadboard in his barn. Wherever we moved or added lights in the ceiling, we cut and replaced section of beadboard. When all was painted, the alterations were indetectable.
The original soft pine floors were carefully protected during construction by covering with paper and masonite board, taped together, to create a floating shell.
The cabinetry is Plain & Fancy and the counters are quartz
